We confer via preferred online method and get to know you; the factual event info, your vision, goals and expectations.

We review your social platforms and online presence to determine where are how to market your event, if necessary. Also taking into account your branding, engagement and accessibility needs.

We consider your budget, timeline, and current resources as well.

We then take three to five business days to generate those million dollar ideas and feedback for you.

During a follow up conference, we provide a detailed plan and logistical documentation for your own company integration.

We serve it up on a silver platter for easy implementation.

02. Collaboration

Time to build it, baby.

We take everything we presented in Step 1: Consulting and create the important pieces of the puzzle you may be missing; branding, social platforms, forms, audience and market targets, and more!

We provide you with an ample listing of trusted, vetted creators, makers, movers and shakers that will add incredible value to your event. Need an aerialist? No problem. A folk singer that sounds like she came from the Fae world? We got you!

We create layout plans, ideal traffic patterns and people flow patterns for events and activities at your event.

We assist in setting up vendors or artisans featured at your event with helpful tips and tricks for being successful.

We create one of a kind plans and designs for your event merch, swag, favors, and more!

We also offer additional staff to get the job done!

03. Coordination

Strut your stuff, doll!

Taking what we created in Steps 1 & 2, we are then taking it to THE NEXT LEVEL by personally implementing all of the incredible details and experiences we created together.

This means we are physically present for prep, set-up, staging, attending the event itself as service (however, you might catch us bopping in the corner to the music), and of course, clean up. We come to YOU to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch. That the event is enjoyable for both you, your vendors, and especially your guests.

Your time is valuable. If we can help take care of the details while you focus on greeting your guests, being present for the festivities, and feeling secure in the event’s success—then that is what we are HONORED to do for you.

We also provide a large catalog of rental items to keep your budget in the safe zone. Let us take care of those Main Character Moments with photo backdrop setups, table-scapes, incredible vignettes, just to name a few.

We Chat! Our first initial call with you will help us get to know you and discuss the facts. This call is FREE! At the end of our chat, we determine what you need from me and how I can help you. We schedule our follow up call.

Then, 24 hours before our scheduled follow up call, we require the $500 consulting flat fee to be paid. This fee will include all of the information and ideas we are about to share with you and will be provided via documentation so you can reference it whenever you need it.

NEXT

Ready for the collaboration team of your dreams? After our initial consultation, we start putting together the pieces of the puzzle. We provide trusted resources and contacts to add immeasurable value to your event. We also STRATEGIZE; traffic flows, layouts, marketing, engagement and more. 

When choosing this next collaboration step, your $500 consulting fee will be applied and deducted from the Collaboration fee!

Making Magic

Now it's time to make the magic. Taking everything we've created together from consulting and collaborating and leveling up to COORDINATING. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave. No detail is overlooked. Not only will you be able to enjoy in your hard work but your guests will be fully immersed in the magic and unable to stop singing your praises for years to come.

When going FULL SEND with coordination, we apply your $500 consulting fee, as well as your previously remitted collaboration fee, and apply it to your Coordination fee!
